Per online complaint dated 11/1/05: "I don't know if I checked the correct box above, but the apartment building appears to be in violation of Seattle Municipal Code Section 23.45.017, A: "Exterior lighting shall be shielded and directed away from adjacent properties." The parking court on the alley has very bright, unshielded lights that create glare and light pollution for neighboring properties, including mine at 208B 18th Avenue East.
