Landlord reached out 6.29 and advised her the other tenant has back out, despite signing new lease, now they are trying to hold her financially responsible for remaining rent in lease. Questions about tenant rights and financial responsibility in this matter

There was a service truck at the Fuel Coffee shop very early this morning that was extremely loud and the noise lasted from 3 - 3:30 am (30 minutes) loud enough to wake me up and unable to sleep.
