I am filing a formal complaint regarding ongoing unsanitary conditions, water damage, and repeated maintenance failures at my apartment building.On September 25, 2026, a pipe burst in the basement hallway approximately two feet from my apartment. The plumbing leak was repaired on October 1, but the surrounding area was left with foul-smelling water damage, saturated carpeting, exposed pipes, and unfinished cleanup. The odor has been severe enough to cause me to gag and experience migraines,

Dump trunk unloading gravel for the front end loader. Dump truck arrived at 8:30am and serenaded us with obnoxious diesel noise for about ten minutes. Presumably the front end loader will be moving it around the site. Construction site south of 1833 13th Ave.
