I live at the AMLI Wallingford building and I want to submit a complaint that they are not compliant with their fire alarms and fire safety in general. The last six months or so, there have been multiple faulty fire alarms going off at all hours of the day, often multiple times per day. It will go off at 5am, 11pm, or just like today, four times between 10am-12pm. Water intrusion affecting 3 units and common spaces. Open air bridge across the courtyard on the 3rd floor has drainage issue. Water appears to enter the bridge where the bridge connects to east exterior building wall, causing water damage that can be seen on the underside of the bridge when looking up from the 2nd floor.
