Water leak reported to landlord on the 09/16/25. Water is leaking from the main level bathroom that is leaking through the ground level ceiling. Mold has been discovered through a mold remediation team and contractor doing restoration. Tenant believes they are not getting all the mold out and there is more water damage that is being left untreated. Tenant requests an inspector to come out and make sure the owners do the work correctly.
