The bathroom tub has leaked several cups of water daily for over 5 months. Along with a leak, the water pressure in the shower fluctuates wildly, sometimes with no water coming out and then a ton of water. The temperature fluctuates from scalding to freezing without adjusting the temperature knob. Following up regarding complaint 013126-22CP. An inspection of the reported issue was requested when initially filed. I have called all resources provided by City, County, and State offices of health and safety with exception of state attorney general. Mold kits for at home testing are not offered by the King County department of health, which was mentioned as a resource when filing the complaint. For the past 2/3 weeks city construction workers have been just aberrantly cursing all day outside our building. At one point I asked them to stop after having to cut off work meetings due to their very disgusting conversations outside my window. Its 3am and this is multiple nights in a row where the group has left on a generator with a floodlight to "see their work" until the AM, but the person watching it is asleep in the car and the cement is dry as heck. PER ONLINE COMPLAINT: Address 19 West Thomas Street: Construction noise complaint starting work at 4am in the morning 8/11/2017. Residents disturbed with new crane being installed and work started on two new buildings. Building was shaking along with EXCESSIVE noise. Seattle construction working hours states 7:30 am.
