The bathroom tub has leaked several cups of water daily for over 5 months. Along with a leak, the water pressure in the shower fluctuates wildly, sometimes with no water coming out and then a ton of water. The temperature fluctuates from scalding to freezing without adjusting the temperature knob. Following up regarding complaint 013126-22CP. An inspection of the reported issue was requested when initially filed. I have called all resources provided by City, County, and State offices of health and safety with exception of state attorney general. Mold kits for at home testing are not offered by the King County department of health, which was mentioned as a resource when filing the complaint. PER ONLINE COMPLAINT: Address 19 West Thomas Street: Construction noise complaint starting work at 4am in the morning 8/11/2017. Residents disturbed with new crane being installed and work started on two new buildings. Building was shaking along with EXCESSIVE noise. Seattle construction working hours states 7:30 am.
