Per online complaint: "19 Ward Street Apt 4 Seattle, WA 98109: the heater dials cannot be turned on/off; water heater trips the breaker; we found white mold and a leak (sewage water leaking from the upstairs apartment) on 6/7/13; we have loose electrical outlets; our fridge's water filter needs to be replaced."
