My apartments power went out. I filed a maintenance request and it has been over 24 hours and no one has contacted me, so they are not in compliance with wa state law. Additionally, I believe the wiring may not be up to code, and that the sound mitigation may not be as well. The apartment is all painted drywall and I have received noise complaints as well as had trouble sleeping due to hearing my neighbors.

We've had a broken oven handle for over a month now (It has made the oven unusable). We made a maintenance request on July 22nd and were scheduled for a technician to come on August 8th, which was then rescheduled to the 9th due to scheduling errors. We have called, emailed, and requested updates via the rental app and have not heard anything than "we've ordered the part and it should be here next week" and that was over a week ago
