The property was operated as an active residential rental without a valid Rental Registration and Inspection Ordinance (RRIO) registration or required inspection compliance on record with the City of Seattle. With each lease renewal (two); the landlord failed to follow Seattle Municipal Code statutory notice timelines. I was a tenant from May 2024 to May 2026. The property was eventually registered after I moved out on July 14, 2026. I am reporting the prior registration and compliance failure
