i have been asking for washer and dryer to be fixed for months, they are not being fixed but being duct taped and then breaking again in my unit my fridge is leaking, my dishwasher seal keeps coming loose, my stove fan is not turning on appropriately and my landlord is trying to blame me for these repairs i have been asking since february for these issues to be fixed

WEEDS--per online--This address is a vacant lot ACROSS THE STREET from 1901 Eastlake. It is used as a parking lot for KIRO radio, although I don't know if they actually own the property. Untended foliage is blocking the sidewalk (Photo attached)
