The unit is unsafe, with multiple code violations in what appears to be an illegal duplex. The landlord refused to make any repairs and improvements and is keeping the property in sub-standard living conditions. The unit was rented through the Umano Property Management company and they are abandoning this landlord due to liability concerns. The landlord is contacting me directly, despite prior agreements to use the Umano staff, pushing for a new lease.
