PER ONLINE COMPLAINT: WSDOT is doing scheduled work on our road starting at 7am. At 6:30am a single worker began dragging large (4'x4' roughly) metal and wood "Road Closed" signs distances of over 50' across the asphalt. The sound was like fingernails against a chalkboard through a megaphone. My family was jolted awake.
