Mgmt raising utilities, they found a way to re-calculate rent it's taking away subsidies. What are rights? Has a sleeping disorder leave a voicemail or keep calling back. Can call legal rep as well.

I have a doctors' recommendation that I amallowed a reasonable accommodation. I asked tohave a garden, plantedseveral items and haveseveral potted plants.Management said they will not honor the doctors'order and I have untilMay 1st to get rid of all theplants. Do I have anyrights to be able to keepmy plants?
