Per Online; Last Thursday (March 11, 2021), a pipe burst in the basement of our building. Because of back pressure (we're told) the radiators on the top floor (our unit) started profusely leaking. After fixing the pipe, they could not figure out how to get the radiators to stop leaking, and on Thursday night we had no water or heat. Copied from 4/23/13 online complaint: "T Mobile installed 3 cell towers 3 years ago. MUP # 3009791, This MUP stated all equipment was to be in the basement. On 4.19.13 3 large pieces of equipment were installed on the roof. Code Compliance person no addtional permits were submitted at this address so they should be removed."There are no permits for this additional equipment. Per Land Use Reviewer Bradley Wilburn, this equipment is not allowed. If you post stop work please take a picture??
