There has been what I can only assume is a raw sewage leak going on since December. My apartment and building smell so awful I can hardly inhabit the space. They have not done anything about it and our ceilings continue to leak brown water. Our heat goes out constantly as well.

Walls property management is overseeing my home at the Marina Apartments. They have failed to repair heat for entire building from 9/28-10/5. This is a building wide repair.

Since Demeter 21, 2020 my ceiling has been leaking - also dealing with an issue with mold. I have reached out numerous amounts of time trying to get my landlord to fix the leak. No action has taken place except for a maintenance worker come and take measurements where the leaks were exactly. It is now almost a month later and there is still a leak in my ceiling. The water has discolored the wall and formed bubbles in the paint. The ceiling where it tends to leak is caving
