PER CSB: Multiple vehicles parking on private property - on easement of private property at 1909 11th Ave W Rental property/private owner. Multiple vehicles have started parking on private property and on pedestrian sidewalks, blocking 100% visibility to oncoming traffic and vehicles existing multi car parking lot, at a very dangerous intersection.
