Developer/Contractor has performed Utility work in the 15th Ave S Right-Of-Way. Repair of 15th Ave S work has created at +2 inch drop/pothole situation for South bound cyclists that is very dangerous and not to code. This condition has existed for over a year. Please have contractor/developer repair Right-of-Way properly and create a safe condition for cyclists.
