My best description of the problem was in the email I wrote today, to our Manager, who is supposed to be onsite M-F but that doesn't happen anymore. Yesterday, Dec 17, 2024, someone was filling in for her, and that would have been sufficient. The things which transpired today, provoked me to write to the email listed for our new on-site Manager (who wasn't here during the hours advertised. Very bad unremitting mildew smell in the one (only) elevator and the buildings one Lobby. Possibly, all throughout Floor One also, as it recently had it's carpeting cleaned. This problem existed earlier this week, and a day or two ago the elevator floor was washed with strong pine scented something. Today, it is back as bad or worse (In my opinion). I've been dealingwithbedbugs for over a year. Management has ignored my requests for treatment, I've spent about $1000.00 of my own money and I'm sick of it. I cannever get a response form the office. There was also a gas leak not too long ago and we were breathing in gas fumes. What are my rights?
