Construction noises and large machinery starting at 6am today (March 27), and over the past few months occasionally they starting even earlier. One time they used large machinery at 3 AM. Today they are pouring concrete.

There are men who are fixing the street on Eastlake Ave. It is almost 3am and the really loud noises started a while ago. It is obvious that they're using equipment that's making very loud noises. I can't sleep because the noises are too loud.
