Checked in on December 17th, 2024 at this rental property. Two guests: Victoria Touchet & Abigail Sreshta.Have had no hot water for the past 7 days. Made multiple complaints to the front desk person, Maylisa. No resolution to this date. Property manager, Lionel not available either. Maintenance people not fixing anything. Just making excuses - to try showering at different times. Nothing works - early morning, late evening. They tried to accommodate us in different rooms on the third floor an
