Per Online; My landlord (Matt Milne and Alex Johnson at Moorman Properties) raised my rent 55%. I gave my notice to vacate (didn't want to, but I can't afford a 55% rent increase... they served it to me on 10/26, right before the new law went into effect.They listed my apartment for rent as a 2 bedroom and are charging the new rent as such. It is a 1 bedroom plus den/office, as the second "room" doesn't meet the egress standards of a bedroom. The room has two windows
