I live in the residential building at this address. I am making a complaint against the Trader Joe's, particularly the loading dock zone of the building off the alley between Howe and Crockett. Noise ordinances stipulate that they cannot be making noise, including loading and unloading pallets off of semi-trucks before 7am on weekdays and 9am on weekends.
