Per online: "Vegetation from private property encroaching on sidewalk. Vegetation from the property is completely blocking the sidewalk on Plum Street (between 17th Ave S and 18th Ave S.) Garbage is dumped in the brush. The sidewalk is completely inaccessible and is a safety hazard."

per online complaint: The sidewalk along the house and Plum street is completely unusable. It is taken over by the brush, trees, blackberry brambles, and other vegetation. We moved into our house nearby 9 months ago and it was already unusable then, nothing has changed, it's just gotten worse.
