Various complaints re lack of notice and health violations. Dec. 18th moisture intrusion in basement unit. No notice. I complained of serious mold smell. They denied it. Mold smells continued for weeks but they said it wasn't affecting my unit even though the vents come straight into my unit and after investigating the basement which I have access for laundry there was no proper ventilation. No windows open no fans going. Work continued for 4 weeks on and off without notice. Harassed me for 4-5

Problems with water all appliances don't work. Water works off and on never consistent. Toilet doesn't flush. When it does work will burn hands. Never knows when water will be working. Landlord is aware not fixing what are rights?
