Tenant received her rent increase from SHA that's due to take place on 6/1. The letter was sent to SHA but, tenant never received any type of notice from Landlord. This rent increase is less than the 180days that should be given. Tenant does not know what to do, this rent increase is for next week. Would like to know her rights. She's on a month to month lease

The Julie Apartments are owned and managed by LIHI. There is garbage all around the building. Their are tenants who literally are without a door on their units. The building is also infested with roaches and bed bugs.
