Per 1/20/09 online complaint: "There appears to be a covered porch under construction on a home in a sensitive area. I am concerned that the city has not been involved.They have already begun framing with some beams and joists already in place.In addition, this same individual has placed concrete blocks into the alley."***Covered porch being built onto south side of house and approx. 8'X6' greenhouse being built on east side of house adjacent to Brook Ave SW - all without permits & inspections*
