I live in a low-rise neighborhood on Queen Anne that over the years has had a LOT of in-fill construction. We are at our rope's end with all the noise, particularly after hours noise. We wake up to construction; have breakfast to construction and then come home after work to construction noise. So when 7:00 PM rolls around we want the noise to stop. And by city code, the construction noise should stop.unless I am reading your website incorrectly. There is a construction project in the backy
