My landlord is charging me for rent despite the problem never being resolved. I am forced to move out of the building to protect my healthreference: 007002-26CP

Per CSB: Follow up to incident report 25-00269253 my landlord says this has been fixed. A minimal attempt has been made to restore access to my door, but it leaves me with raw... Asphalt? Tar? Being tracked into the studio. And the sidewalk is still barricaded with a big pile of crap. This has been a month now
