The side stair case (left side of the building) that leads to the third bedroom that is reserved for the fire escape from the top floor is missing one of the top stairs. The entire stair is missing creating a safety hazard if there was an emergency and this stair case was needing to be used. The back porch of the unit per landlord recommendation has a low load weight. When we moved in she asked that we keep the porch to less than 4 people as she said the structural support cou
