1. No permanent heat in a bedroom. The second-floor bedroom has had no working permanent heat since the tenancy began on Sept 1, 2026. The wall heater doesn't work. The landlord's lease addendum states its electrical supply was diverted to a floor heating unit. The landlord provided a portable space heater instead. We notified the landlord in writing on Sept 10 and followed up afterward. The landlord has scheduled an electrician for Oct 20 to install a new circuit for the wall heater.2. Ele
