Per Online; Tenant at 1940 10th Ave W placed his trash in my trash can without my permission. On further inspection, his trash area is overflowing with garbage and there is no identifiable trash receptacle for his property in the alley. In front of his doorstep there is a good deal of trash, including food/chicken bones. My neighbor at 1939 9th Ave W has witnessed same person putting his trash in various bins in alley.

Per Online; Tenant placed trash in my bin without my permission. Further inspection revealed overflowing trash at his trash area in alley and front porch, he appears to not have a trash bin. Public health concern. Have had rats in the area recently. His trash bags show evidence of being chewed by animals. My neighbors saw same guy putting trash in other people's bins on other occasions.
