1940 NE 115TH ST

PER CSB 24-00250883: What the heck is going on here?? This is the third report I have turned in for this corner. The foliage has overgrown the paved level part of the corner by at least 5 ft and it is no longer possible for a person in a wheelchair to traverse the corner on level pavement. I have a personal friend living nearby for which this is an issue. Do your inspectors need to get more up to speed on Ada compliance? Photina hedge and debris covering paved corner. Needs to be cut back and debris removed about 5 ft back from current so at edge of pavement. Unlikely Ada compliant and we do have wheel chair users in the neighborhood. Nw corner of ne 115th and 20th Ave ne.-24-00029436

Overgrown vegetation blocking sidewalk and visibility around corner.

Overgrown vegetation makes sidewalk NOT wheelchair accessible, forcing people in wheelchair out onto the road. What makes this even worse is that the overgrowth also blocks visibility around the corner, nearly hitting the person in the wheelchair. It is very dangerous! Why build a sidewalk if it is not accessible by everyone?
