On 7/24/17, the tenant received a 3-day notice to vacate. Tenant had installed a peel & stick floor and cabinet to bathroom within rental unit. MGMT has claimed that the work has resulted in thousands of dollars of damage. Tenant is in a 1-year lease and called the Complaint Line with questions about Just Cause Eviction.
