1. Rotted and loose deck posts and railings. 2. Damaged and insufficient weather stripping on front door and door leading to deck that let in cold air.3. Window in bedroom lets in cold air and moisture even when closed, and mold is growing. 4. Water temperature that comes out of the kitchen tap and bathtub/shower is 120 degrees+ Fahrenheit.5. Bathtub has shifted and there is a gap between tub and caulking/wall.

Would like someone to answer questions about: What type of notice does the owner need to give her in order raise the rent? How much can the rent be raised? Are they meeting the RRIO checklist standard? She has reported issues to the landlord in last couple of years. Repairs needed to door and window seals. No inspection request at this time, just wants confidential advisement on question
