Property Management issued an intent to sell 90 day notice for this unit Dec 2025, come to find out the rental was never registered. I was the prior tenant and myself along with cotenants complied and moved out on March 30, 2026. Had we known the notice was invalid, due to the property being a condo and rental not having valid rental registration we would not have moved out. They relisted the unit for rent in June 2026, I believe there are some Just Cause Violations here as well as other violat
