NOISE--per online--Very loud construction with jackhammers next door (200 2nd Ave W) starts at least 30 minutes before 8 am on some days, consistently waking many people in my apartment building, Metro on First. The construction is in the alleyway between the two buildings, making it extra loud. According to the noise code, impact construction work is not allowed to start before 8am.

NOISE--per online--The construction crew working on the new apartment building began using their jackhammer at 7:32 this morning. I have a video of the noise and time on my phone. They do not have a permit to begin work earlier than 8am according to my management. I live in the build next to them and was very upset to hear that they started work so early today, Thursday August 9th 2018.
