Tenant was evicted from unit. Sheriff came when tenant was at work. Tenant was told a text was sent that mgmt. would hold his belongings for 7days. Tenant tried for several days and different times to retrieve his belongings no response. Tenant then reached out to higher Mgmt. and they told him his belongings were thrown out. Can they do this? Tenant have any rights?
