Cutting at least 8 trees larger than 6" in diameter and 12-13 trees all together. Unmarked work trucks. Visible from street. Complaintant has photos.***Is tree cutting per Permit 6380791? See attached Sheet A-1.0 from the permitted plan set showing that 14 trees and their locations (all larger than 6" DBH) are allowed to be removed***

Per 5/30/14 e-mail from James Langham to Bryan Stevens: "Please can you check to see if the owner of the land at 200 Martin Luther King Jr Way (Project #6380791) has a permit to start construction. I don't see such a permit using the online tool and today he is clearing the ground and apparently breaking ground. I am cc'ing our neighborhood organization, the Leschi Community Council who have a strong interest in development in the neighborhood."***Has work started at this site? Application 6380
