Lost key fob that allows access to garage and building. Landlord states they will need to rekey EVERY tenants fob, which will close over $3000. Requested copy of lease to confirm. Addendum was sent over, that was not in original lease or signed by tenant. Would like to know if these charges are legal. Tenant rights.
