Wondering if they can break the lease - signed a lease for a year and gave them notice that she wanted to move out. It says the landlord has to make concerted effort to re-rent the property and tenant is arguing they aren't making a concerted effort (listing doesn't include pictures and is only listed on craigslist). She also does not anticipate she'll get her deposit back.
