per online complaint: There is a leaking sewage pipe and black mold in the underground parking area, and an abundance of trash being stored down there. The penthouse is an unlivable mess of trash, animal waste and deferred maintenence. The windows condensation creates mildew issues in all apartments.

Per 11/2/05 online complaint: "Animal Control told me to file a complaint with your Dept. There are 7 dogs in the apartment 24/7. Animal Control is investigating license issues, but I'm told you need to follow up on the code violation."
