I live across the street from this apartment complex, and there is (and has been for several years) an infestation of starling nests in the eaves(south most facade of building). There are at least 3-5 nests, each with two birds associated with it, plus babies. This cycle happens every year. Per online complaint, "Apartment complex facing my townhouse has installed *very* bright lights over the doorways and corner spotlights. These lights shine so brightly at night that we have had to put cardboard boxes in the windows to block the light. I have contacted the appt manager a number of times without a change."
