Per Online; After moving in 12/2019 I asked for an additional building key for the dog walker. I was asked to pay a $200 I paid with check 5072 and it was cashed on 12/12/19. I was given a key but don't remember signing any additional paperwork or amending the lease. This was a very small complex operated by the owner so I didn't worry. A management company took over in 2022 and I moved out 10/31/22. I was not returned any deposit and didn't receive notice why until

Bedroom and dining room windows, and the living room sliding door sweat a lot - water accumulates in the tracking, then drips down into the carpet. Mold is growing in those areas. Tenant trying to prevent moisture by keeping heat to a minimum.
