Per Online; Workers were out today pruning exceptional trees and we want to make sure these cuts are approved (developer has a history of removing exceptional grove trees) and that trees are marked and protected during construction. Tree protection notices and fencing were not present and a city arborist was not present during the extensive pruning.

Refuse bins are overflowing and frequently visited by scavenger animals and people. Residents of the property are now putting bricks on top of the lids to keep them pushed down on top of the overflowing garbage. Bins are not being set out curbside for collection.
