Light Pollution, The building has multiple flood lights that shine into my residence over a block away.

Building just added a few large flood light to the side of the building. The lights are shining up at our building a block away. Illuminating our living spaces with harsh lighting, the lights need to be directed down and some sort of cooler placed on them to the neighbors are not blinded in their homes

Per CSB: Flood light shinning in to my house from the Enzo (Dexter House) apartments. The flood light is over a block away and sits below my condo. Light need to be repositioned to shine down.
