Per 2/28/15 online complaint: "The apartment on the S. side in the back caught fire in December. They have been remodeling 2 units in the building. They are dumping everything on the lawn! EVERYTHING! The dump site happens to be right at MY FRONT DOOR as we share a yard separated only by a 2 foot ledge. Broken glass nails evywhere" since December

The owner is doing major construction and renovation at this home which has been converted to a multiplex. One of the units had a fire in December and all the gutted material from that and other units are piled behind the house and outside. They often close the blinds to hide the work, but the large amount of construction debris and contractors can be seen from outside.***Remodel and fire damage repair of 4-plex without a permit and inspections***
