Construction project taking up RPZ street parking on the 2000 block of Minor Ave E is using monthly parking permits, and has been renewing them consistently since at least November. This is annoying because I don't know when I will be able to park again, and I'm aware that their parking does cost far more if they pay for the full duration (as required) rather than monthly renewals.
