Per online complaint "The construction site behind my apt consistently begins work at 7 or 8 am on weekends, using machinery that creates disturbing noise. At 8:43am on Saturday, a loud alarm (sequences of 3 intermittent screeches) has been sounding for 15 minutes. Regulations state this should not start prior to 9am."

Moved in April of 06 and there was a leak in the entry hallway from a hot water pipe that broke and owner just painted over the wet spot and didn't fix the problem. Also, there is a problem with rats in the apartment. Put out traps and finds dead rats daily. The rats are chewing thru her furniture. Is temporarily staying with a friend because the problem is getting so bad.
