Per Online; Noise complaint. I contacted the City a few years ago about Almquist Family Vintners having loud parties with the music throbbing so loud I can hardly hear my television. And these parties go on well past midnight. It stopped for a few years and then last year started up again. So I filed more complaints. It stopped up until a month or so ago and had happened a couple of times since then. What does it take for them to stop doing this? Granted the parties do
