I just spoke to you on the phone regarding noise complaints from my owner/residents regarding the exhaust fans the Restaurant across the street (quality Athletics) at 121 kings street.Although the exhaust Fans do not register from the street, the awnings push the noise upward and amplify the sound so that my residents on 3rd, 4th and 5th floors have complained. I have inspected the noise myself on these balconies and it is very loud.
